Terms and Conditions
Contract of Rental
The rental contract shall be between the clients and the property owners. They shall be deemed to be made subject to these conditions of rental. The contract of rental is not effective until the client receives a written confirmation of booking.
Initial Payment
Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit payment and the signed booking form. However if the booking is made within two months of the rental period then the full amount of rental will be required on booking.
Deposit Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required with completed booking form.
Balance Payment
The balance of the rental costs will be required no later than 42 days prior to commencement of rental period.
Cancellations
Any cancellation of a booking by the client must be in writing and is subject to the following cancellation charges.
· More than 10 weeks before arrival - Deposit Only
· Between 8 and 10 weeks before arrival - 50% of Rental Costs
· Less than 8 weeks before arrival date - 100% of Rental Costs
Liability
The owners will not accept any liability for the acts or omissions of people or properties over whom we have no control, such as airlines, car hire companies etc. The owners will not accept any liability whatsoever for any deaths, injuries or illness sustained by clients or any other visitors to the property, nor for any loss or damage sustained to any property brought to the premises.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for the property and its security, and is expected to take all reasonable care of it for the whole of the rental period. All equipment, utensils, furnishings, etc must be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period.
Damage
All damage and breakages are the responsibility of the client, and their costs will be charged accordingly.
Pets
The owners do not allow pets in or around the property.
Smoking
We respectfully request that people do not smoke inside the apartment.
Arrivals and Departures
Check in times are after 1.00 pm on day of arrival. Check out times are before 11.00 am on morning of departure.
Changes or Cancellation by Owners
Whenever possible all changes will be advised to you without delay. Should circumstances beyond the owners control require the cancellation of a booking, we will where ever possible make alternative arrangements. Should these prove unacceptable, and once written instructions have been received from the client, the client will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
Force Majuere
The owners not will accept any liability in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by any events beyond our control (Strikes, fire, flood, airport closures or delays, hurricanes, tornado's, extreme weather conditions , etc.)
Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance cover. The owners will not accept any responsibility for any deaths, injuries, illness, nor loss or damage to property including motor vehicles, however caused.
